STEFAN MORAES – FOUNDER OF 3RD WAVE GROUP

Chief Architect and Principal Consultant. With over 30 years of corporate experience, one of the youngest to Head HR for a leading Blue Chip Conglomerate at the age of 30. He has consulted over 80o organizations, across 50 industries. As a consultant, he has served clients across Australia, Japan, Korea, India, UK, Hong Kong, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Ethiopia and the Middle East. He has delivered over 2500 training and coaching man-days in his career.

YOHANN DIAS ABEYESINGHE – SENIOR CONSULTANT – DIRECTOR CONSULTING 3W CONSULTING

Yohann Dias Abeyesinghe joined the Third Wave after a long and distinguished career of 20 years at Standard Chartered Bank where he served in a number of senior leadership positions in both Sri Lanka and Singapore.

Most recently, he was a Head of Consumer Bank Operations for SC Singapore where he led service delivery teams based in Singapore, Malaysia, and India, and drove key customer service improvement and business process redesign initiatives related to Account Services, Credit Cards, Mortgages and Wealth Management products.

Yohann is a strategic thinker, who possesses a valuable blend of strong analytical and problem-solving skills. He has a solid background in Technology and Operations, particularly in the fields of Technology Solutions, Process Engineering, and Continuous Improvement, Metrics Based Performance Management, Project Management, Outsource Management, Business Continuity Management and Control and Compliance.

Yohann’s International experience includes building, training, and leading teams most recently in Singapore, India, Malaysia and Sri Lanka, as well as teams in Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Taiwan, The Phillippines and Australia.

SITHUM DE SILVA :HEAD OF CONSULTING

An Ex Head of Learning from HSBC Sri Lanka & Maldives with over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, Sithum is an expert in lines of Retail Banking, Relationship Management, Financial Crime Risk Management, Business Strategy, Sales and Marketing, Customer Experience, Training and Development, and Coaching and Mentoring. He is qualified with two Master’s degrees in Business Administration from the University of West London (UK) and Organizational Psychology from the University of North Hampton (UK) and is an award-winning Trainer certified by City & Guilds (UK). He is also an ICF Certified Transformational Coach. He has trained over 1500 staff counting over 15,000 hours of training and coaching.

ARSHINI SKANDARAJAH (ASSISTANT MANAGER – OPERATIONS)

A multifaceted HR professional with a demonstrated history of working in IT and service industries. She has been involved in several dimensions of HRM including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Succession Planning, HR Systems, Resource Planning, HR analytics and Employee Engagement over the past 7+ years. Arshini is qualified with a Masters in Human Resources Management from the University of Salford (UK). She is an enthusiastic HRBP who is also passionate about growing teams.

MINEL FERNANDO (ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT)

Extensive experience gained as the facilitator and the Project Manager for diversified Corporate Consultancy based projects over a year in 3W Consulting. Worked with over 15 clients for the past year inclusive of Industry Associations, Blue Chip Organizations, Multinationals, Large Conglomerates, Public Sector Organizations and SMEs.  Commenced career at 3W Consulting as a Junior Consultant and climbed the ladder to reach out as an Associate Consultant in the consulting space and the Project Coordinator for both 3W Consulting and 3W Academy. Qualified with an Advanced Diploma in Business Management and completed the Bachelor’s Degree Program with a double major in Business Administration and Marketing offered from Edith Cowan University of Perth (Australia).

LORENZO VERONESE – SENIOR CONSULTANT IN LEAN MANAGEMENT & SIX SIGMA

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Breakthrough Management Group International (BMGI). In 2016 he established Blue Sun Consulting, a management consulting company that specializes in Business Excellence, Lean Transformation, and data-driven methodologies applied in both service and manufacturing industries. Lorenzo is a skilled trainer able to deliver comprehensive certification programs in Lean Management and Six Sigma up to Black Belt level.

RANIL HARSHANA – SENIOR CONSULTANT CORPORATE PHYSICAL FITNESS

With over 20+  years of experience in the International fitness & sports performance industry he has started his career as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor for Diplomats, International Hotel Chains, Models, Kids & general population ,Diplomats, Corporate fitness for Multinational clients ranging from America, UK, Australia ,Canada ,Europe & Asia. Training areas- Physical Fitness Training, Diet Management, Stress Management & Self Defense techniques.

GRAHAM MARSHALL – SENIOR CONSULTANT MARKETING

Graham Marshall is a reputed Marketer/Corporate leader with over 25 years of hands-on experience in business and commerce.His passion for Training and teaching stems from his charismatic leadership style with which he leads his teams, and nurtures the future Marketer’s/Managers to enhance capability and skills in the ever evolving industry.As a thought provoking speaker and inspirational motivator, Graham is a guest lecturer at MBA/Graduate programs and was a lecturer for the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) U.K examinations.

DAMAYANTHA SENEVIRATNE – SENIOR CONSULTANT BANKING & FINANCE

With a career spanning over 35 years in the banking & finance industry, he has played several leadership roles in retail & operations, in banking both internationally and local markets. Damayantha joined Standard Chartered in 1979, and has held senior positions at retail banking, allied operations, crafting of strategy and implementation of processes at all of these divisions to emerge as a leader in their chosen markets. He was part of the senior team that dealt with the successful acquisition and transition of the Grindlays book of business, subsequent to Standard Chartered’s global acquisition of the Grindlays Franchise in Sri Lanka

 

SACHITH PERERA – SENIOR CONSULTANT

Sachith Perera – Senior Consultant at 3W Advisory Former Treasurer & Head of Global Markets for HSBC Sri Lanka, a position he carried for a period of 12 years from 2005 until his early retirement in 2017. In this role he was in charge of the Bank’s foreign exchange & interest rate risk management, trading and sales of global markets products, which included both vanilla & derivative instruments, managing the Bank’s sizable balance sheet & also overlooking the custodial services for global investors of equity and debt securities in Sri Lanka. In his role he was in charge of overseeing the global market & balance sheet operations in the Maldives branch.

SARATH WEERAKOON – SENIOR CONSULTANT BANKING & FINANCE

Extensive experience in the Banking and Finance industry. He has worked at the HSBC Group Service Centre in Colombo and held senior management positions for HSBC Sri Lanka and Maldives. Sarath is an expert in international trade and payment services, & has sound knowledge in cash management, commercial lending, FOREX & treasury related activities. He is an expert in credit risk management and compliance management. He is an expert in managing operational risks sand strengthening the overall operational control environment for financial institutions.

 

GANESH WIJENAYAKE – SENIOR CONSULTANT IT

Ganesh has over 25 years experience in the IT industry with a proven track record of local and international achievements. He has over 12 years of C-level experience and is a strategic planner and proven innovator with in-depth hands-on experience in ICT infrastructure, System Design, BPR, BPM, electronic banking, electronic money, m-commerce, system integration, IT security, e-Health, Portfolio, Program and project management.
