3WC is proud to announce the successful completion of a Leadership and Management Development Program (LMDP) for a selected group of managers at McLarens Holdings. The objective of the program was to enhance Leadership and management skills in line with specific competencies selected by the organization.
The process initiated with a preliminary assessment of participants using tools such as Assessment centres (activity-based behavioural assessments, role plays, case studies and simulations), 360-degree feedback survey, Interviews and Focus Group Discussions. A series of competency development training workshops were conducted in order to bridge the identified competency gaps. As part of the development training, an outbound program was held in Kandy and a post-Assessment Centre to assess the progress of the selected participants.
The final stage of the LMDP was the individual project (business idea) presented to the Board of Directors. The program was successfully concluded with a Coaching and mentoring session for each participant in order to sustain the knowledge gathered over a period of eight months.
