Third Wave Secures Bahrain Contract

Sri Lanka’s Third Wave Group, in the field of management consultancy and corporate training services, recently secured a public tender with the government of Bahrain, from its recently established Middle Eastern office in Bahrain, Third Wave International.

In it’s endeavour to develop the necessary human competencies as set out in its mandate and required by the different economic sectors in Bahrain, the Labour Fund of Bahrain (Tamkeen) partners with employers, training providers, employment and civil service institutions and consulting firms to design and implement human capital development initiatives for the benefit of new job market entrants as well as existing employees according to a company press release. Third Wave International was contracted to provide support to the Tamkeen, by running the Training Partner Monitoring System to assess, review and report on the quality and effectiveness of training provided by all training service providers in Bahrain.

A 4-year contract has been signed for this purpose in Bahrain where Third Wave International will monitor the training of 6000 individuals through the Training Partner Monitoring System. The assignment will be spearheaded by the Founder / Managing Director of the Third Wave Group and its pioneering company 3rd Wave Consulting Stefan Moraes.
